What are your shipping times?
We want to share the gift of silky smooth skin worldwide, so we offer free tracked shipping for all WM customers worldwide.
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in the United Kingdom.
Shipping times vary slightly depending on your location:
USA, Canada: Within 7 business days
Australia: Within 7 business days
Rest of the world: Generally within 12 business days, depending on customs
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do our best to update your details.
We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
