When will my order ship?

All orders are first processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped out the following business day by one of our couriers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed and sent out to you within one business day.
Here are the general shipping timeframes for each delivery area.

USA/Canada: 7 business days
UK: 1 - 2 business days
Europe: 3 - 5 business days
Australia: 4 - 8 business days
Rest of the world: Generally within 14 business days, depending on the customs clearance process in your country.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please send us an email immediately at and we will try our best to have the address amended before it is sent out. Since we process orders immediately through our warehouse, we cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been placed but will assist you if possible.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive full tracking details with your shipping confirmation, so that you can track your delivery all the way to your door!

What happens if there's an issue with my delivery?

If for some reason your parcel is lost or if there are any other delivery complications out of our control, we will send out another order to you free of charge. We are unable to offer refunds for delivery complications caused by incorrect addresses or for packages that are not collected in time but will do all that we can to make it right!

How do I get my package if it has been delivered to an incorrectly provided address?

If you did not receive your parcel due to an address being entered incorrectly, not updated before shipment, or not picked up from your local post office following attempted delivery, there is unfortunately nothing we can do for this order. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number for more information. If you experience delivery complications, please reach out to us at and we will do all that we can to assist you with locating your parcel.

Can I amend my order?

Since we begin processing each order through our warehouse as soon it has been submitted, we are unfortunately unable to amend an order after it has been completed. However, you are always welcome to email us and request a change to your order and we will assist you if possible. We kindly ask that you please take care to double check your details before placing your order.

Can I place my order in any language?

Since orders in languages other than English have a much higher risk of being lost in transit, we only accept orders in English. WildMint is not liable for any order complications caused by orders placed in languages other than English.

My box was dented or damaged during shipping. What should I do?

Since we ship worldwide, we cannot offer refunds for minimal damages caused to outer packaging that may occur during transit. In the case that your package was severely damaged or mishandled during transit, please contact us at and we will assist your further.


Discount Codes and Promotions

Where do I enter my discount code?

Discount codes can be applied directly on our website at the final stage of checkout. You will see an option on the right hand side to enter your discount code. Simply enter the code and then click apply. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?

Only one gift card can be applied at checkout per order. Please ensure to do this before placing your order, as discount and promotional codes cannot be applied afterwards. If you have any trouble applying your code, please contact us at for further assistance.

My discount code isn’t working:

If your discount code is not working, please first try following the below steps:
1) Ensure that you have entered the code correctly, with no extra spaces at the front or back.
2) Check to make sure that the code is valid for the product you selected
3) Make sure to press the “Apply” button after entering your code

I forgot to add my discount code at checkout. Can I still get the discount?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes after an order has been placed. If you are having issues with your discount code, please contact us at so that we may assist you before you place your order. If your order has already been placed and the discount code was not applied, we may still be able to offer you a special discount code on a future order.



Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. Our orders are automatically processed and instructions are sent to our warehouse to send you the product as fast as possible.

What types of payment do you accept?

Orders can be placed directly on our website or with a PayPal account. We accept payment using any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept money orders, checks or e-checks.

How can I view the price in my local currency?

All prices at checkout will be displayed in USD, the global currency supported by our online store. However, you can view prices in your local currency on the home page or product page if you would like to see the cost to you after currency conversion. All currencies listed other than USD are an approximation and subject to the currency conversion rate on that date. All bank conversion rates differ slightly and therefore you will be charged the current conversion rate on the date of your purchase.

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No. You can order directly on our website with any major credit or debit card without having a PayPal account. Simply go through the checkout process on our website and once you arrive at the final payment page, you should see the option to enter your card details.
When will my card be charged?
Most orders will be charged within 24 hours after your order is placed.


What can I do if my payment is declined?

If you are having trouble with your payment method, please check to make sure that your card’s billing details match what you’ve entered (security code, billing address, etc) and that your card is not expired. If all information is entered correctly, your card issuer may be declining your payment. Since we are given the reason for this, we kindly request that you check with your card issuer first for further details before attempting to place your order again. How do I use a gift card?

You’ll see the option to enter a gift card at online checkout. To redeem your gift card, simply enter the gift card code into the box on the right hand side of the checkout page and select ‘Apply’. Only one code can be used per transaction. It’s important to do this before placing your order, as we cannot apply gift card credit afterwards.

How do I purchase a gift card?

What gift card options do you offer?

Gift cards are available in the amounts of $10, $25, $50, $100 or any custom amount of your choosing. Please contact us directly for assistance with purchasing a gift card.

Are your products vegan?

WildMint is a completely vegan cosmetics brand. None of our products contain any animal by-products.

What skin types are WildMint products suitable for?

All of our products are uniquely designed to work well with all skin types, including sensitive, mature, young, oily, combination or dry. We aim to create vegan and cruelty-free products that are usable and accessible for everyone.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured entirely in the UK.

Do you test on animals?

Never! Our furry friends are our pride and joy. We are actively against animal testing, and this is at the core of our philosophy. All of our products are strictly cruelty-free and we ensure our products are NEVER tested on animals at any stage in the supply chain. In addition, our products are completely manufactured in the UK, where animal testing in banned.

Do you pay any third parties that are involved with animal testing?

No. We do not pay any third parties that include animal testing in their practices and there is absolutely no animal testing during any part of the supply chain. Additionally, we are an independent company, not owned by any parent company, and only have one production location in the United Kingdom, where animal testing is banned.

Are your products FDA approved?

Although it’s a common misconception, FDA approval does not currently exist for non-prescription cosmetics in the USA. However, Lush Lash is produced in the UK and complies with all European cosmetics regulations, which are generally far stricter than US regulations for cosmetics.

Do your products contain any harsh or irritating chemicals?

All of our formulations are entirely toxin-free, never containing any parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, mineral oils, SLS, petroleum, or any other harmful chemicals. If you have any concerns regarding existing conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities, we always recommend consulting with you physician before using any new cosmetic products.

Do you have samples available?

No, we do not currently have any sample packs available until further notice. 

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

All of our products are completely vegan and formulated without any toxins, parabens or harmful chemicals. However, we do we recommend consulting with your physician if you have any specific concerns to discuss if our products are in line with your pregnancy plan.

Do you offer any subscription programs?

No, we currently do not have a subscription program and you will not automatically be charged in the future after placing an initial order.

Can I sell your products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase is only for your personal use. By purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions not to resell or distribute our products for any commercial purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders if we have reason to believe that it is not for personal use.

What is your return/refund policy?

Since our products are manufactured in the UK with environmentally-friendly packaging, we are unable to accept physical returns or refunds due to European health regulations and the overall nature of our products.
