How to Use
Step 1: Nourish- Marula Magic
Start by applying a generous amount of Marula Magic oil (3-4 drops) to your face to ensure a smooth glide.
Step 2: Massage - Gua Sha
Gently press and glide the gua sha tool over your face, following your natural contours. Begin at the centre of your face and move outwards with each stroke.
- From the centre of your forehead, glide outward above the eyebrow.
- From the nose, move under the eye and along the cheekbone.
- From the edge of the mouth, draw a line to the bottom of the ear.
- From the temples, sweep down the edge of the face to the jawline.
- Finally, from the jawline, glide down the neck.
Press any remaining oil into your skin and allow it to absorb, or pat dry gently with a clean towel.
Tips:
- The massage should feel soothing, not painful; apply gentle pressure.
- Keep your face well-oiled throughout the process to prevent dragging.
- It's normal to experience slight redness or discolouration from the pressure; this is temporary.
