How does WildMint Referrals work?
After you've provided your name and email address to sign up, you'll receive a personalised link which you can share with friends and family via WhatsApp, email, or Facebook. You can also simply copy and paste the link to share it via your preferred means. The receiver needs to click on this link in order to receive 50% off their first purchase of our 5-Step Clear Skin Kit. Once their purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing a £5 gift voucher for you to use on any order with us.
Is there a limit to how many people I can share my personalised link with?
No, you are welcome to share the link with as many people as you like. The more the merrier!
Can my friends/family use their discount link on any order?
No, the discount is only valid for new customers who order our 5-Step Clear Skin Kit.
What reward do I get for referring a friend?
You receive a £5 off gift card every time a new customer uses your personalised link to order the 5-Step Clear Skin Kit.
Is there a limit to how many £5 gift cards I can receive?
No, you will receive a £5 gift card every time a new customer uses your referral link to purchase their first 5-Step Clear Skin Kit.
Can I refer friends who are already WildMint customers?
No, the referral friend discount is only valid for new customers. However, we always have offers and promotions available for our WildMint community.
How will I know if my friend has made a purchase?
You'll receive an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your referral link.
Can my friend/family member use multiple referral discounts on one order?
No, referral discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
What happens if my friend cancels their order?
If your friend's order is cancelled, the referral discount won't be valid, and you won't receive the reward. But don't worry, there are plenty more friends to share WildMint with!
Where can I find my referral link?
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Rewards' then 'Refer a Friend' section. You'll find your unique referral link there, ready to share.
