Apply a liberal amount to dry, itchy patches of skin and gently massage until absorbed. Warming it in your hands first may make it easier to spread. Use as often as needed to keep the area well moisturised.

- Calm Balm has been formulated for sensitive skin. If in doubt, patch test a small area of healthy skin 24 hours before application.
- Avoid immediate contact with clothing as some ingredients may cause staining.
- If your skin is really dry and in need of intensive hydration, apply last thing at night under a layer of soft fabric (gloves or socks) to boost the moisturising effect and leave it on overnight.
