Step 1: Treat - Spot Soothe
Apply a thin layer to the affected area one to two times per day and allow it to dry.

Step 2: Nourish - Intimate Oil
Apply a few drops to clean fingertips and gently massage onto intimate areas, including the vulva, bikini line, armpits, or any area experiencing irritation. For optimal results, use daily or after shaving to enhance smoothness and minimise dryness.

Step 3: Soothe - Calm Balm
Apply a liberal amount to dry, itchy patches of skin and gently massage until absorbed. Warming it in your hands first may make it easier to spread. Use as often as needed to keep the area well moisturised.

*The Spot Soothe should only be used on the bikini line (external area) and not on the vulva.

Tips:

• Avoid immediate contact of Calm Balm with clothing as some ingredients may cause staining.  
• If your skin is really dry and in need of intensive hydration, apply Calm Balm last night under a layer of soft fabric (gloves or socks) to boost the moisturising effect and leave it on overnight.
